Body Armor

Ballistic protection comes in a variety of configurations and styles. Whether you need a concealable vest or a customized tactical design, we have several choices to choose from. Here is a brief description of the materials used to create our many designs in your needed threat level.

Micro-filament Aramid ballistic fabric, a longtime veteran woven material is one of the most likely used ballistic materials today. Since its introduction, companies including Teijin Twaron, have gone to great links to improve its characteristics and optimize its performance. when used in bullet resistant vests micro-filament Aramid woven material consistently supersedes its rated stopping ability. All of our micro-filament Aramid material has been water repellent treated to limit ballistic degradation due to moisture. Twaron LFT is the newest ballistic fiber in the industry and provides the benefits of Aramid without the typical stiffness from quilt stitching.

Gladiator Vest

Goldflex ® was developed by Honeywell as a complement to other ballistic materials. It is composed of non-woven Aramid fibers processed through Honeywell's patented Shield Technology. This process produces a ballistic material that performs well under extreme conditions with regard to back face trauma

COBRA Tactical Vest

Our most affordable tactical design offering full front, back and side protection. The simplest of our tactical vests, Cobra , is compatible with a wide range of tactical gear like LBVs. The one-piece Cordura carrier allows the vest to be donned quickly in emergencies.

Trident Advanced Chaps System (ACS)

The Trident ACS was designed to provide modular ballistic protection for the lower extremities for Air and Ground Force operations in high threat environments. The system consists of two individual (right and left leg) carriers made of flame retardant Nylon or Nomex fabric into which slide soft ballistic or fragmentation panels of various levels. Upper and lower leg panels are easily removed for maintenance/repair or to change the carrier color. On each leg, there is a pocket over the shin area for the insertion of extra level ballistic/foam guards to help prevent blunt trauma impact injuries to the frontal shin area. Ground version can be used upper leg only or combined with the lover leg for complete coverage.

The ACS is compatible with a wide range of belts, including the Trident MRS. The system has 1 inch straps on the outside thigh and lower leg for the attachment of a wide range of pockets and holsters (AIRSAVE/MOLLE/SPEAR pocket compatible) for complete modular flexibility. The heavy duty inside zipper and silent belt clip attachment points make donning and removal quick and easy. The advanced design incorporates lightweight materials with full articulation for long wear comfort. Optional ballistic knee pad inserts are available for enhanced coverage. The Trident Advanced Chaps System provides increased ballistic coverage for the vulnerable lower extremities to help mitigate the potential of traumatic leg wounds that can severely impact mission performance.
